Welcome to Embody Health. We specialise in pregnancy and post-natal massage, sports, relaxation and remedial massage, kinesiology, reiki and a range of complementary therapies. As leaders in pregnancy massage, we receive referrals from top private hospitals and obstetricians across Perth and take pride in helping mums-to-be cope with the changes happening within their bodies both before and after the arrival of their babies. Embody Health’s remedial massage services are recommended by many GP’s, chiropractors, osteopaths, and physiotherapists, as well as traditional doctors of Chinese medicine.

During pregnancy, the body undergoes profound changes, some of which can take their toll on mums-to-be.

During the first months, massage therapy can help your body balance changing hormones which can cause morning sickness. In the middle and later months, massage can help relieve pressures which commonly set in due to the increasing weight of the baby, such as swollen feet and hands.

This signature holistic treatment, designed by Embody Health founder Caroline Oakes, helps women through the physical and emotional changes that arise during pregnancy.

It blends remedial pregnancy massage with an intuitive mix of other modalities, including kinesiology, reiki, sound healing and breathwork.
 

 

Womb, Abdominal & Fertility massage

Womb, Abdominal and Fertility massage has a lineage dating back thousands of years. It has been an ancient practice and part of traditional medicines for many different ancient cultures found in Indian, Tibetan, Christian, Chinese, Japanese, Egyptian, Gnostic, and Mayan to name a few. Within these cultures the uterus is considered to be the woman’s centre and if it is not in correct position, it will have adverse effects on her long term health.

health fund rebates

Many of our services are eligible for a health fund rebate and tax invoices can be supplied. Hanae, Cathy and Shanelle offer health fund rebates. Luana is unable to provide health fund rebates under Australian law.

cancellations

Should you need to change an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice but more than 6 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with less than 6 hours notice will be charged a full fee.
